Requirements :
- Min Bachelors Degree of any major
- For HRGA Manager : min 10-12 years experience in HR
- For HRGA Superintendent : min 7-8 years experience in HR
- Having exposure in all HR functions : Recruitment, Training, OD, Remuneration and Employee & Industrial Relations
- Mandarin skill is a must
- Good communication skill, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Willing to be placed at Kalimantan Site
