PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia merupakan unit bisnis rintisan awal dari Nabati Group. Perusahaan bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman ringan.

Sejumlah merek produk kami yang telah banyak dikenal konsumen, antara lain Richeese dan Richoco. Produk-produk tersebut merupakan hasil perpaduan antara bahan baku pilihan dengan proses produksi yang modern sehingga menghasilkan produk berkualitas dan bergizi.

Proses produksi yang kami lakukan juga telah memenuhi standar ISO dan GMP. Berbagai keunggulan itu pula yang mengantarkan produk KSNI menjadi pilihan utama konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diraihnya sejumlah penghargaan, seperti Best Brand Award, MURI, dan Top Brand Award.

Saat ini, Nabati memiliki kantor pusat di Kota Bandung, kantor perwakilan di Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan dan tiga pabrik, yaitu di Rancaekek (Kabupaten Bandung), Sumedang dan Majalengka di Jawa Barat.

Internal Audit Staff

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field, preferably in Accounting Firms. 
• Required Skill(s): Ms. Excel, SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung

Organizational Development and Talent & Performance Management Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in reputable university with minimal GPA 3.00
• Experience min 1 year in the same position
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Organized and detail oriented
• Good data analytic capability
• Able to work under pressure
• Understand assessment process (for Talent & Performance Management)
• Understand competency-based HC management (for Organization Development)
• Proven portfolio handling organization development task (for Organization Development)

Supply Chain Management Staff

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
• Required Skill(s): Ms. Excel, SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung & Majalengka

Learning Facilitator

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good communication and public speaking skills
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka

Corporate Tax

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or related field
• Having tax brevet A & B
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in Big 4 Public Accounting Firm and manufacture company
• In depth knowledge of tax regulation with strong tax accounting skill and proficiency in tax reporting e-SPT/e-Faktur
• Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to be placed in Bandung

We Are Hiring

GA Foreman

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major with minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Prefered in manucfacturing industry)
• Having leadership experience
• Having knowledge in 5R, K3, Preventive and Building Maintenance, WWTP, GMP
• Willing to placed in Cicalengka

Technical Writer (IT)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or System Information (or equivalent) major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing or in the related field
• Strong knowledge abaout SDLC and UML
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Bandung

Maintenance Supervisor

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineer (or equivalent) major
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Having knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka

Maintenance Foreman

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineer (or equivalent) major with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Having knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka
